So I’ve started a workout regimen that I think I can stick to. All I need is my hot pink Pilates mat and two 15 oz cans of vegetables. (I don’t have any hand weights). I downloaded these three free Android apps by Daniel Miller called the daily abs, butt and arms workout. It only takes five minutes to complete each program for a total of fifteen minutes. Each app has 10 exercises that you do thirty seconds each of reps to. And it ain’t no joke y’all! Had me sweating and cussing! The cool thing is that It’s really quick to get through. The paid versions are like $0.99 each and double the length of the workouts by adding ten more exercises. I’ll let you know if I’m sore tomorrow ….
